Monthly Yoga Immersion
Looking to take your practice to the next level?
Join me for a 2-hour practice including meditation, pranayama, a strong vinyasa flow and yin yoga for a full-rounded experience.
This way you can discover different styles & aspects of a yoga practice, with dedicated time for a workshop-style practice of certain poses that we explore in the vinyasa flow.
Mats, blocks, and bolsters will be provided but always feel free to bring your own.
All levels are welcome :) and please share with a friend!
